Pattern is made through wax on an original white or beige cloth.
The cloth is then dyed. The area of the cloth where wax was applied will remain white.
Another application of wax is applied with a darker colour. The darker colour helps to differentiate it from the wax applied for the first time. The parts that are covered with wax again will be kept in the colour applied in step 2. Fabric is dyed again
All the wax that has been applied till now will be removed by heating the wax, scrapping it off and applying hot water to sponge off the remaing wax.
